LEAP conducted a Faculty Development Program (FDP) on "LP201 - Practicum for Innovative Engineering" at the National Institute of Technology, Mysuru. The program provided faculty with exposure to various aspects of Product Engineering through sessions on topics such as Reverse Engineering, Product Design Methodology, evaluating design choices, single-board computers, and sensors.

On the final day, faculty members worked in teams to tackle real-world problems and developed design solutions. These designs were later evaluated, and the best solutions were recognized and appreciated.
