LEAP organized a Faculty Development Program (FDP) on "LP201 - Practicum for Innovative Engineering" at the National Institute of Technology, North Campus, Mysuru. The program offered faculty members comprehensive exposure to key aspects of Product Engineering through sessions on Reverse Engineering, Product Design Methodology, evaluating design alternatives, single-board computers, and sensor technologies.

On the final day, faculty teams collaboratively addressed real-world challenges by developing design solutions, which were later evaluated. The most effective designs were recognized and appreciated.
